Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Specisoft S.A. ("we") processes personal data in the context of the service FIN.I.S., in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679 — GDPR).

1. What data we collect

Account data: email, username, encrypted password (hash).
Authentication data: 2FA settings, API keys.
Usage/technical data: logs with request identifier, time, route.
Study data: portfolios/analyses you create (they belong to your organization).

2. Why & on what legal basis

Provision of the service & subscription management — performance of a contract.
Security & abuse prevention — legitimate interest.
Legal/tax obligations (invoices) — legal obligation.

3. Recipients / processors

We work with providers that act as processors (e.g. payment provider, email provider, hosting provider), bound by data processing agreements.

4. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, portability and objection. From the page Personal Data you can download or delete your account data.

5. Security & retention

We apply data isolation per organization (Row-Level Security), encryption in transit (HTTPS), 2FA and a strong password policy. Data is kept for as long as the subscription is active and for the period required by legal obligations.
