Terms of Use

These terms govern the use of the subscription service FIN.I.S. provided by Specisoft S.A. By registering for or using the service you accept these terms.

1. The service

FIN.I.S. is investment decision support software (fundamental analysis, Markowitz portfolio selection, technical analysis). It is provided "as is", as an analysis tool and does not constitute investment advice; investment decisions and risk remain the user's responsibility.

2. Account & subscription

The account is personal; you are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and enabling 2FA where required.
Access to the individual modules depends on your organization's active subscription plan.
Billing, renewal and cancellation of the subscription follow the selected plan.

3. Acceptable use

Unauthorised access, reproduction/reverse engineering of the software, overloading the infrastructure or use in breach of the law are not permitted.

4. Data & privacy

Your study data belongs to your organization and is isolated per subscriber (Row-Level Security). The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Availability & liability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available, without guaranteeing uninterrupted operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages from the use of, or inability to use, the service.

6. Changes

We may update the terms. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by email before they take effect.
